Rising 1000 feet above the Yellow Sea, the Northeast Asia Trade Tower (NEATT) will be the first of many commercial buildings within Songdo International Business District. This landmark location for top-tier global and Korean companies will also provide impressive accommodations.
NEATT, designed by KPF and Heerim, will be the tallest building in Korea upon its completion. The 68-story tower will offer 19 floors of class A office space, as well as a luxury hotel, serviced residences and flagship and boutique retail shops.
The column-free floors of NEATT will offer spectacular views of Central Park and has a prestigious office lobby at ground level with French limestone floors and Vermont slate stone walls. NEATT is also located adjacent to Songdo Convensia, the Riverstone shopping center, and the Sheraton Incheon Hotel. NEATT will have an extensive parking station directly next door, as well as direct pedestrian access to a future subway stop.
NEATT will allow for high pedestrian traffic through the direct connection to the office lobby via escalator and the space will be frequented by residents of NEATT, along with residents of other developments nearby.
