The # First World is the first completed residential project in Songdo IBD. A lighting ceremony was held on January 2009 to celebrate the completion of the project and residents have moved in. All 1,596 residential units on sale sold out the same weekend they went on sale.
Designed by KPF and Kunwon, this luxury apartment residence offers homes in various sizes and offers parking for residents. Ground level retail services residents and visitors to the complex, which is pursuing LEED NC certification.
