Gale International's World Headquarters is located at 712 Fifth Avenue, New York.  This presitigous midtown Manhattan location, overlooking Central Park, houses International Marketing, Finance and Office of the Chairman. 

A $400 million redevelopment of the former 473-acre ExxonMobile campus in Florham Park is planned with Rockefeller Group Development Corporation.Plans for the land include 500 age-restricted housing units, a 250-room hotel and 830,000-square feet of office space In addition, The New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority has purchased 20 acres to lease to the New York Jets for the team's training facility and headquarters.The $50-million Jets complex will feature four football fields surrounded by a 120,000 square foot building with offices, classrooms, an auditorium, locker room, weight room and a huge field house.

Sanofi-Aventis:The U.S. headquarters of Sanofi-Aventis Group, the world's third largest pharmaceutical company, is relocating to Bridgewater in a $250 million lease transaction. This 670,000 square foot, long term lease will grow to 870,000 square feet with the addition of a fourth building on the campus.Sanofi-Aventis is relocating 3,000 employees to this site.

Mountain View Corporate Center: A magnificent, 821,000 square foot headquarters campus in Bernards Township, New Jersey, will contain six Class A buildings ranging in size from 58,000 square feet to 212,000 square feet. It has already been selected by Affinity Federal Credit Union for its new corporate headquarters.
