Carl Seaholm

Carl Seaholm oversees International Marketing, Media Relations and related activities for Gale International's $25 Billion New Songdo City development project near South Korea's Incheon International Airport.

With over 30 years of business experience, including 16 years in Real Estate and 20 plus years in International Business, Mr. Seaholm brings a wealth of knowledge to the promotion and management of Gale International's image in the marketplace. He facilitates the International Advisory Committee, which is dedicated to the effective communication of the Vision and Progress of the New Songdo City project to the world stage, and focuses the marketing activities of the many project partners in New Songdo City towards the unified support of this shared vision.

Mr. Seaholm is a key player in many of Gale's most challenging projects. Recently, he acted as Senior Vice President, International Operations at The Gale Company. He also opened the Canadian Market for Workstage, a joint venture between the Gale Company and Steelcase, and spent over 3 years founding and operating Gale's first international operation in the UK as Managing Director.

From these assignments Mr. Seaholm demonstrated the critical importance cross-cultural communications and marketing plays to ensure the success of Gale's diverse international ventures. Mr. Seaholm is a graduate of the University of Colorado and currently resides in New York City.
